The art of Lau Kune Do is far more than a form of exercise or self-defense. It is a spiritual and philosophical path towards self-realization and peace of mind. Lau Kune Do is a wholly American art with deep Asian roots, a blending of traditions both old and new. It is constantly evolving, growing and striving towards uniqueness and perfection. In teaching, Lau Kune Do endeavors to help improve mental and physical health by building self-confidence and securing personal wellness and success. Lau Kune Do focuses on cultivating better human beings by unlocking ones vast potential with the ancient arts of kung fu, qi gong and tai chi.

Lau Kune Do feeds the spirit and the soul. Lau Kune Do looks at people as a vast, limitless wells of potential. Potential for happiness, success and health. Learning to kick and punch is only the beginning. Harnessing ones internal energies and being at peace with the world around us is the ultimate goal. Lau Kune Do is being the change that we wish to see in the world.

Lau Kune Do is vibrant and growing faster and stronger each year. Branch temples have stretched over the U.S., U.K, France, Canada and New Zealand. Plans are underway for a 100-acre Temple Retreat Center. Lau Kune Do plans to build a European headquarters in Poland.

The future of Lau Kune Do looks bright as the art continues to blossom for generations to come!
